Charles Ross to Serve and Interim President

Goldex Resources President Donald Rippon to be replaced by interim President Charles Ross.

Donald Rippon has resigned as Director and President of Goldex Resources Corporation in order to pursue other opportunities. In agreement with the Board of Directors, Charles Ross will assume the role of interim President until the AGM this fall.

Goldex Resources would like to thank Mr. Rippon for his service.
